Had a great time in Africa

Just got back from an African safari with JustYou, and honestly, it was awesome. I was a bit nervous about traveling solo, but the whole setup made it super easy. My room was comfy, and the group was a fun bunch. Saw so many animals, it was incredible. The guide knew everything about the wildlife. Booking online was pretty straightforward too, no fuss. Felt really safe the whole time. Definitely recommend it if you're thinking about a solo adventure.

Mostly positive, one small issue

I booked an Italian escape, a walking holiday in Tuscany. The tour itself was fantastic; the routes were beautiful, and our guide was very informative and supportive. The group dynamic was good, everyone got along well. My only minor gripe was the pre-departure information. It was comprehensive, but I had to call customer service twice to clarify details about the fitness level required for some of the walks. They were helpful on the phone, but clearer initial communication would have saved me a call. Overall, I got good value for money and a memorable experience, just a tiny room for improvement on the info pack.

Always a reliable choice

This was my third time booking with JustYou, went on a Croatian cruise this time. Like my previous experiences, everything was well-organized from start to finish. The group size felt just right, not too big or small. Guides are consistently knowledgeable, and the accommodation was exactly as described. I keep coming back because I know what to expect – a well-planned, enjoyable solo trip without any surprises. They really deliver on their promise for solo travelers.

Good short break

Booked a European tour, short break to Rome. Process was easy enough. Hotel and guide were good. Met some nice people. Trip went smoothly. Would use again for a quick getaway.
